Kitione Waqabaca learned the importance of teamwork during his training with recruits who were part of the National Fire Authority (NFA) 2023 Firefighter Recruits passing out parade.
The event was held at the Republic of Fiji Military Forces Navy Togalevu base on Wednesday.
He received the Highest Academic Award.
