Water Authority Plans To Ration Water To Car Wash Businesses

Car wash outlets will soon be given an individual allow­ance for the amount of water to use during a certain period.

Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) chief operating officer, Seru Soder­berg highlighted this on Wednesday.

“We will be providing them with an allowance, we’re looking at in­dividual usage,” he said.

“Then we’ll provide each of them with an individual allowance in terms of the amount of volume of water they are allowed to use to wash cars during these periods.
