So far this year, the Legal Aid Commission has assisted more than 80,000 Fijians.

The commission has approved 177 child representatives matters and dealt with more than 4000 cases involving children in the area of Family Law Home.

Director Legal Aid Commission Shahin Ali revealed this statistics at the 24th Attorney Generals Conference underway at the Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort on Denarau Island in Nadi.
