Where's Brian?

The man instrumental in the establishment of the Fijian Drua franchise, Brian Thorburn, is owed a substantial sum of money by the Fiji Rugby Union (FRU).

He was the CEO of the Fijian Drua. His contract ended in Octo­ber last year; the same month Mark Evans was appointed CEO of the franchise. Thorburn is no longer with FRU.

Thorburn was earmarked to lead commercial preparation for the Women's Rugby World Cup in October last year and the Men's Rugby World later this September.
