Post Fiji is likely to name its new chief executive officer today after the board meets.

A few prominent names have emerged from a shortlisted application process for Post Fiji’s top job.

Tevita Mau is a top contender for the post, with his decorated credentials. He is the son of Post Fiji’s former chief executive officer, Peni.

Tevita Kuruvakadua also arrived for an interview. He resigned as chief executive officer for iTaukei Land Trust Board after he was suspended.

Opetaia Ravai, the former chief executive officer for Water Authority of Fiji, and former private secretary to the Prime Minister’s office, was spotted at the time of interviews. He was recently announced as a member of Suva City Council administration.

Isaac Mow, a long serving employee of Post Fiji, also applied for the top job. He is acting chief executive officer after Anirudha Bansod was found guilty by Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.
