Ms Henao said prosecution was yet to serve the defence with information. Mr Lal told the court that he sought the leave of the court to file and serve the same.
The court heard that Salaba was ready to take her plea. The charges were read to Salaba in iTaukei. She denied the charges.
Mr Lal informed the court that the state would rely on the caution interview because Salaba had made admissions.
