WOWS Kid’s Fiji Collaboration ALL For The Children
These collaborative efforts further cement the saying that “Alone we can do so little; TOGETHER we can do so much”.

Janty Bondwell Ltd, Fiji's largest IT retailer and solutions provider, is proud to support the great efforts by WOWS Kids Fiji.
The launch of the 2023 Fiji Childhood Cancer Awareness Month of August at Api Tonga Hall yesterday saw a collaboration between WOWS Kids Fiji, a dedicated team of medical doctors and personnel, support of foreign embassy representatives, Sai Prema Foundation, Fiji Government, business houses and the media. These collaborative efforts further cement the saying that “Alone we can do so little; TOGETHER we can do so much”.
WOWS Kids Fiji (WKF) a non-profit Charity Foundation for children with cancer in Fiji. The organisation works in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Medical Services to coordinate and provide support for families with children living with cancer in their journey and equally important, raise awareness on child cancer issues in the country. The organisation also provides support for children from the other Pacific Island Countries that come to Fiji for cancer treatment.
WKF brings to realization the mandate of the Tae Kami Foundation, here in Fiji – for the better care and support for children living with cancer in the Pacific.

The Tae Kami Foundation is a registered charity in Tonga that was established in 2009 to fulfil the dreams of 15-year-old Tae Kami who died of cancer in August 2008.
Tae died leaving behind a song – Walk On Walk Strong (WOWS), and a list of dreams, including a resource room, scholarship funds and WOWS Fund to help out children with cancer in Tonga and the Pacific.
It was further highlighted that 8 out of 10 children diagnosed with cancer did not survive. However, recent stats show that now at least 50% of children have fought this disease to become survivors. What an incredible testament to the Memory of Tae Kami.
WOWS Kid’s Fiji Chairperson and founder Mrs. Sina Kami said “Thank you for the timely gift of the laptops and IT support to WOWS. We need this for us to communicate with donors, parents and doctors.”
