Youths, including sex workers and street dwellers, would benefit through an equaliser programme organised by Lifeline Fiji.
Lifeline Fiji crisis support officer for youth wing, Iliesa Kauyaca, said youths had revealed how they felt pressured to provide for the families.
“Some from informal settlements became sex workers during the coronavirus pandemic,” he said.
