Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has provided an update on the status of the Commission of Inquiry (COI) report amid ongoing investigations and legal proceedings.
The PM acknowledged that while some time was taken during the installation period, significant developments have since occurred.
He confirmed that one major aspect of the investigation has transitioned into a Court case involving the former Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) Commissioner against both the Office of the President and the Office of the Prime Minister.

"These matters are currently being handled by Government and personal lawyers representing both offices," Mr Rabuka said.
Regarding other cases under the Commission's scrutiny, the PM explained that these involve individuals alleged to have breached the law.
"Those cases will follow a natural justice path where the accused parties have the opportunity to respond," he said.
Should there be sufficient grounds, further actions would be referred to the appropriate authorities for pursuit.
