Fihaki Banks On Fijian Connection

Crusaders fullback Chay Fihaki who helped master­mind the 61-3 drubbing of the Fijian Drua in Christchurch, New Zealand last year, hopes his Fijian blood will help again on tomorrow.

Crusaders fullback Chay Fihaki who helped master­mind the 61-3 drubbing of the Fijian Drua in Christchurch, New Zealand last year, hopes his Fijian blood will help again on tomorrow.

Fihaki, who has maternal links to Nakasaleka in Kadavu, is the nephew of Flying Fijians lock Al­bert Tuisue and he knows he has a target on his head when play­ing in Fiji.

The 23-year-old Auckland born, former Blues squad member whose Tongan father Samuela was also born in Nadi says he has met some of his family dur­ing the trip and has been told to expect a physical match.
