Discipline key to Tavua College’s win, says principal

Tavua College is crowned the Extra Fiji Secondary Schools Football Championship’s Open Girls winner. This was after they beat Vunimoli Islamia 3-0 in the final at Govind Park in Ba, this afternoon.
Tavua College principal Vikashni Sharma said the win was a remarkable achievement after four years of introducing their girls to football.
“The win has made the Tavua community proud,” she said.
Sharma added that discipline was they to the team’s success in the tournament.
