Flying Fijians and Castres centre Vilimoni Botitu’s new year is off to a great start. 

This was after his club extended his contract until 2028; the announemnt was made on their website. 

Arriving in the Tarn region in 2020, Botitu has gradually established himself within the Castres squad. He has made 114 appearances in the blue and white jersey and scored 24 tries, he has demonstrated his ability to perform at the highest level.

Botitu said: “I am very happy and very proud to continue the adventure with Castres Olympique. This club has given me a lot since my arrival. I am having a lot of fun with our group of players and with the staff. I feel good here, I want to continue to work hard and give my all for the jersey and for the supporters.”
