Sowakula named in Flying Fijians squad
The Flying Fijians will play England, France and Spain on November 9, 16 and 23, respectively.

Former All Blacks number eight Pita Gus Sowakula is named in Mick Byrne’s 32-member squad for the November tour.
Sowakula is eligible to play for the Flying Fijians after his three-year stand down period expired on July 9; he last played for the All Blacks in their 23-11 loss to Ireland at Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin in 2022.
Byrne made the announcement this morning at Rugby House.

The Flying Fijians will kick off their November Northern tour against England on November 9 at Twickenham before they play France and Spain on November 16 and 23, respectively.
