Tavua to bounce back from loss

Despite suffering a narrow 6-5 loss to Rewa Rugby in Round 3 of the Vanua Elimination Championship at Burebasaga Grounds last week, Tavua Rugby is determined to bounce back in Round 4.
Tavua will host Northland Rugby at Garvey Park in Tavua at 3pm on Saturday.
Speaking to Fiji Rugby Union Media, technical coach and former Flying Fijian Vilimoni Delasau said the team needed to address its weaknesses before facing Northland on home soil.

"Firstly, I would like to thank Almighty God for giving strength to the boys.
"Despite the result not being what we expected, there are still areas that need improvement. We will go back to the drawing board, learn from our mistakes and move forward," Delasau said.
"We will return to our game plan and regroup so that we can put on a good performance against Northland at home."
He also acknowledged Rewa for a hard-fought contest.
"I would like to thank Rewa for giving us a good game, and we wish them all the best in their upcoming matches," he said.
Tavua hosts Northland in Round 4 at Garvey Park this Saturday.
In the Vanua Levu Conference, Cakaudrove Rugby will host Bua Rugby in Round 3 at Ganilau Park. Both matches kick off at 3pm.
