The Y Is Kava Vacalea men’s 7s team is looking to improve ahead of their remaining pool matches at the Fiji Bitter Marist Sevens.

Coach Epeli Soro said the team lacked support play at breakdowns and communication in their opening losses.

They went down 19-7 to Ravuka Sharks and 19-5 to Freshet Navy, and now need two strong wins to stay in contention for the elimination rounds.

Soro added that the team is physically fit but will review their performance, while also confirming one injury from their first match.
