Drug-Free Sport Fiji (DFSF) is Fiji's National Anti-Doping Organisation and is committed to protecting the integrity of sport through the implementation of anti-doping programs that promote clean, fair and drug-free sport. DFSF is seeking to recruit an experienced, motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating DFSF's operational programs, including:
- Planning and coordinating in-competition and out-of-competition anti-doping testing;
- Managing Doping Control Officers (DCOs) and Chaperones;
- Supporting results management and compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards;
- Managing operational budgets, procurement, contracts, assets and inventory; and
- Preparing operational reports and supporting the implementation of DFSF's strategic and operational objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Public Administration, Law, Health Sciences, Education, Business Management or a related discipline;
- At least three (3) years' experience in sport administration, program delivery, compliance or operations management;
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, stakeholder engagement and operational management; and
- Strong leadership, organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in anti-doping, sport integrity, government or the not-for-profit sector together with knowledge of the World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards will be an advantage.
