Shine A Light: Big Changes Pushed For At Coming Ba Provincial Company Meeting
The unhappy chiefs claim that the company’s performance is affected by poor governance and financial management and lack of transparency.

Change is expected in the Ba Provincial Holdings Company Limited (BPHCL). But it will not be easy.
The rift, already evident between the majority shareholders and management, is bound to complicate the push for change.
No one is above the law so the side that adheres to the Articles of Association of the company will prevail. For now, both sides firmly believe in their own causes.
