Shine A Light: Malolo Island- Freesoul, A Divided Village And Abandoned Work Site

A 10-minute boat ride from Solevu Village on the picturesque Malolo Island lay the remnants of the Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited development.
Freesoul had plans to construct 350 overwater bures and a casino on this site, known as Wacia.
The resort developer began work on the island in the Mamanuca Group of Nadi on June 8, 2017.
