Drug dealings, in particular marijuana, continue to plague residents of Kelland Street in Narere, Nasinu.

It has become a part of the closely-knit community.

Already, residents have had to adapt to water cuts, delay in rubbish collection and deteriorating road conditions.

But residents fear the worst. Their street is rapidly becoming a hotspot for drug dealings.

They allege the use and sale of methamphetamine, commonly known as ice, are also involved.

Dealers are mostly men residing in the area. Residents fear walking at night. This is especially for female residents.
