Labasa will soon have a$2.1 million commercial office complex.
VCORP Pte Limited managing director Vinesh Dayal started this project last month.
The complex, currently planned to be constructed in two storey building, is located along Sangam Avenue Street opposite of Sangam College of Nursing and Health Care Education in Labasa Town.

Mr Dayal is the owner of the LunchBox Restaurant Limited, Hotel North Pole, Vualiku Hotel and Apartments, North Pole Rental Limited, Timber and Block works Limited.

The project led by the in house construction company is expected to be completed by December.

Office space is expected to be occupied from January 2025.
"It is a 600 square metre commercial complex will bring an exciting brand from Viti Levu to add more value to Labasa," Mr Dayal said.
"I have lot of confidence in our economy, beloved nation and our people and we will continue to create new job opportunities and investments."
Mr Dayal believes that one can sell everything and anything in Labasa.
"One has to visit to see and believe what Labasa town now has to offer," he said.
"Labasa is transforming; it is only right that as, the president of Labasa Chamber of Commerce and Industries I once again set the trend for our other members to take their next big step."
