The five new coaches, which have been added to Pacific Transport’s fleet, are expected to start operations next week.
Pacific Transport has invested $2 million towards expanding their fleet with five new coaches (buses built for longer-distance service) in order to enhance passenger comfort and operational efficiency.
Company manager Jaswant Kumar said the arrival of the new spring model coaches was a milestone in the Pacific Transport’s ongoing mission to provide reliable and safe transportation.
The batch of five new coaches are said to be euro five compliant. This means they are have particulate filters to trap microscopic pieces of soot. They are also powered by rear mounted inter cooled turbo.
“The investment not only strengthens our fleet, but also reaffirms their promise to deliver exceptional travel experiences to passengers,” Mr Kumar said.
“We believe that our passengers will appreciate the enhanced comfort and reliability that these new coaches offer.”
He said the new coaches would enhance their ability to meet growing demand and provide unparalleled service to both local passengers and international tourists.
“As we continue to grow and innovate, we remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of service and operational excellence,” he said.
The newly imported coaches are powered by rear mounted intercooled turbocharged UK Cummins technologies, which generate maximum power with lower fuel consumption.
Each coach is equipped with modern interior layout providing super comfortable faux leather.
The five new coaches are expected to start operations next week.
