$3.5 Million Synergy Centre To Open Next Year

A $3.5 million residential and commercial building is being developed on Brown Street in Toorak, Suva. This property developer Synergy Investments Pte Limited confirmed the Synergy Centre is in its early stages of construction.

This new development will target high-end tenants seeking apartment and office space close to the Central Business District area.

The contractor for the project is China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation South Pacific (Fiji) Limited (CCECC).

The building designer is Pacific Design Solutions, and the structural engineer is Isotect Engineers (Fiji) Pte Limited.

With a more demand for commercial space, this development is located in the heart of Suva.

This new development by Synergy Investments Pte Limited will provide significant benefits to the local community. However the development site sits along a curb on an already narrow road, which Sanjay Dutt, the manager of Dominion Funeral Director right next door to the developed site, says is a concern. “It’s on the bend so the driveway is hidden and cannot be seen by motorists,” he said.

It is understood that the property will have a driveway that properly addresses this issue.

A source close to the development says the developer went through the proper channels with thorough consultations with Fiji Roads Authority where they were given the plan and designs.

Upon further clarification the complex will have a pull-in driveaway.

Which means the driveway will start a bit further back.

Prospect tenants and clients won’t be turning in immediately into the driveway but would have to just ease in.

Synergy Centre is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. This new investment is said to create more job opportunities.
