Some businesses have outstanding rates to pay to the Nausori Town Council for years.
The outstanding rates for the municipality was around $4 million, says the Nausori Town Council chief executive officer Anurashika Bari.
She said the biggest challenge for The Nausori Town Council was trying to collect outstanding rates.
