Acountants Map Out Retention Plan

A series of workshops will ensue this year in efforts to upskill and retain account­ants around the country, it has been revealed.

The Fiji Institute of Chartered Ac­countants gathered at the weekend where discussions included the loss of skilled workers to the New Zealand and Australian market.

The most recent count showed 100 accountants exiting the local professional scene in the past four months.
