Anare Moi In Custody For Assault Charges

Anare Moi, a 24-year-old, appeared at the Navua Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with assault causing actual bodily harm and breach of bail condition.
He appeared before Magistrate Chaitanya Lakshman during a special court sitting.
The accused was represented by lawyer Filimone Vosarogo.

He is remanded in custody and the case has been adjourned to June 24, 2021.
