She was the first female to secure a managerial role in 2017 at Home and Living, and was later named the Employee of the year in 2019.
Roselyn Radhika Prasad is currently the area manager central for Home and Living. She looks after outlets along the Korovou- Navua corridor.
There are six branches; Korovou, Nausori, Nakasi, Centrepoint, Suva, and Navua.

Ms Prasad has been working at the company for 14 years.
“I have started developing female managers,” Ms Prasad said.
“The branch managers for Korovou, Nausori and Navua are all females, this is to empower women in leadership roles.”
She was proud to be leading a pack of males and females.
Ms Prasad is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Fiji National University.
How many places have you visited around Fiji?
I have travelled to Labasa and Savusavu.
Our company’s conferences have been held in various resorts like Hideaway, Pear resort, Uprising and some others.
