Board Appointments Reflects Challenges: ATH

Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited is recruiting a new chief executive officer, and key managers.

A substantive chair will be appointed when the board is at full strength.

In a market announcement, the listed company said two Fiji director positions were vacant as a result of the resignations of Umarji Musa, and Tupou’tuah Baravilala earlier this month.

Two new Fiji directors will shortly be appointed to fill these vacancies until the next annual general meeting, ATH said.
