Chand Is Govt Rep At ATH

Vilash Chand has been elected as board member and board director Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited.
Mr Chand was appointed by the Fijian Government.
He was deeply honored with the new appointment.

He brings on board his expertise on financial management, fund management, risk and governance.
He is also on some of the parent subsidy boards and knows how the ATH group operates.
The chief executive office of Unit Trust of Fiji looks forward to serve as a director, with the existing board of directors and be part of the growth and development.
David Kolitagane
The post was previously held by David Kolitagane who has retired by rotation in accordance with Article 6.4 of the company’s articles.
Mr Kolitagane had declined to be re-appointed to the post.
Chairperson of the board of directors, Kalpana Lal said the new board member has been nominated and appointed as recommended by the Fijian Government.
Ms Lal said that Mr Chand at the AGM was recommended by the board of directors and the shareholders have approved his appointment.
She said the outgoing director David Kolitagane had served very well but he has opted not to renew his term.
“We wish him all the best, and sincerely thank him for all the good work that he has done with ATH as well as together with the board of directors,” Ms Lal said.
