China Railway No.5 Engi­neering Group Fiji Co. Ltd has called Fiji its second home.

The business has gained knowledge of Fiji’s various cultures and traditions over the past 18 years.

A company representative said it was fas­cinated by a group of people representing so many different ethnicity working on differ­ent projects together.

“Despite the language barrier, the people of Fiji are so accommodating, which makes working fun and easier.

“There are ups and downs in every organi­sation; however, the people here are so pa­tient and encouraging.

“We are learning about the Fijian law every day and have localised our managers to con­tinuously provide guidance and support so that we are compliant throughout every project.
