Employee Poaching, A Challenge: Lockington

The increasing options to work overseas is a challenge for most industries -Fiji’s tourism industry is no exception.

Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association chief executive officer Fantasha Lockington highlighted this during a national sustainable tourism framework webinar.

It was hosted by the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation (MTCA), in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

“We need to frame the global challenges against what Fiji is experiencing and put this into context,” she said.
