FHL appoints Angela Waradi as new projects head

Fiji Holdings Limited (FHL) has appointed Angela Waradi as its new Group Head of Projects and Development.

In a statement, FHL stated Ms Waradi joined FHL in December 2025 and brings more than 17 years of experience in civil, structural and industrial engineering across Fiji and the Pacific Islands.

Prior to joining FHL, she served as senior manager Strategic Engineering at Fiji Water. She also previously held roles as Project Manager and Senior Engineer with NRW and Kramer Ausenco.

The role and portfolio are new within the FHL Group. Ms Waradi will be responsible for developing the Group’s projects strategy, leading business partnership services with subsidiaries, advising and serving on subsidiary project boards, and building new technical capabilities across the organisation.

FHL chairman Rokoseru Nabalarua said the appointment strengthened the Group’s strategic direction and leadership capacity.

“These appointments strengthen our Group strategic plan and leadership capability and support the execution of the FHL Group Strategy,” he said.

“We remain focused on disciplined governance, sustainable growth and delivering value to our shareholders.”

The FHL Board and Management said they remained committed to strengthening leadership capacity, promoting sustainable growth and delivering long-term value to stakeholders.
