Fiji Leads The Way At First Tech Summit

Fiji has been a fantastic host as well as very inviting at the Fiji Tech Summit 2022, says Dell Technologies partner presales engineer in New Zealand, Antony Nicholson.

Mr Nicholson commented that the two days summit had been overwhelming for the team.

“The summit has been great, with the amount of booths that are here, the amount of people that are coming in, the people that we have been getting and the conversations that we have been having is great,” he said.

“The experience has been really good, there have been so many vendors here and we had a lot of opportunities to talk to people as well and share our experiences with them as well which has been really good.”

Datec head of technology solutions, Sagar Patel said Dell Technologies had been great partners with the Fijian Government for more than 10 years.

He said Government including its ministries, were using Dell hardware.

“The Government ministries rely on Dell hardware and so there is an increase in the usage of Dell hardware and most importantly they trust the product,” said Mr Patel.

He added that apart from Government, there were 20 corporate businesses that were dedicated users of Dell hardware and between 20 to 40 medium enterprises.
