The Ministry of Tourism is looking at a framework to accommodate tourism prod­ucts to uplift communities in Ro­tuma and Lau group.

The Ministry of Tourism is looking at a framework to accommodate tourism prod­ucts to uplift communities in Ro­tuma and Lau group.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation, Viliame Gavoka said the framework needed to be broader in how it supported and brought tour­ism into the community.

Mr Gavoka visited Rotuma last week.

“They are not sure on what kind of tourism they want,” he said.
