The Fijian Government aims to develop town centres in rural areas in various provinces as centres of trade.

This will lead to more investment and employment opportunities for Fijians.

These are the four projects that the Fijian Government is currently focusing on:

  • Nabouwalu, Bua
  • Korovou, Tailevu
  • Keiyasi, Nadroga
  • Seaqaqa, Macuata

Fijians can expect commercial, trade and civic development in these areas and access services usually available in major towns and cities.
