Another $1 million investment is expected to open along Grantham Road in Suva by the end of this month. Zaara apartments, a three-storey building is located opposite Damodar City.
Six months ago, the construction began.
“I was fortunate because I was buying my building materials when the cost was not that high,” Mr Haniff said.

The project is targeted for expatriates, he said. The apartment will have modern style bedrooms and kitchen.
Mr Haniff is also the owner of Zoya apartments in Namadi Heights. The 40-year-old said proper planning was his key to success.
