Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa Appoints Chef Ashim Singh as Executive Sous Chef

Ashim Singh has joined Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa as its new executive sous chef.

Mr Singh will collaborate with executive chef Darren Ferrall to lead the hotel’s exceptional culinary team, oversee menu creation for its three stunning beachfront restaurants, the Deli, in-room dining and assist in managing the resorts’ kitchens and culinary department.

Mr Singh is a notable and celebrated chef, having received numerous awards, including “Chef of the Capital” at the Wellington Culinary Fair in New Zealand.

He has had the privilege of cooking for dignitaries such as the President of India, the Prime Minister of South Korea, and the former Prime Minister of New Zealand. Born and raised in Fiji, Ashim Singh has a deep understanding of local cuisines, incorporating local produce into his dishes.

His international experience has elevated his culinary creations to world-class standards.

Mr Singh’s extensive experience spans across Fiji, Rarotonga, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong and Vietnam, where he has served as Executive Chef at various five-star resorts, hotels, and restaurants.
