SpaceX Starlink, an American satellite internet service provider owned by the world’s second richest man, Elon Musk, hopes to commence services in Fiji in the next two months.The Government is not expected to pay for the new development.

Most of the SpaceX Starlink investments are in the sky, Minister for Communication Manoa Kamikamica said.

He said SpaceX Starlink was a satellite operator, that hoped to introduce new technology in Fiji which would increase reliability of satellite technology.
