Further deliberation should be put into the proposed changes to the Employment Relations Bill of 2007, a legal practitioner has said.
Lawyer, Dilan Rajesh Patel of Samuel Ram Lawyers, was part of industry consultations over proposed changes to the Bill.
He spoke in his capacity as representative a group of clients, following the Employment Relations Advisory Board (ERAB) consultations at the Fiji National University Nadi, last Friday.
