Shangri-La Yanuca Island Fijian resort has appointed Arnold Alphonsus as their new executive chef and is ready for the new challenges.
He joined Shangri-La Yanuca Island as an executive sous chef in 2014 and since then, has regarded Yanuca Island as his home away from home.
Mr Alphonsus has brought together an international and local culinary team who created more than half-a-dozen dedicated and casual restaurants and bars across the resort, each with its own unique experiences, flavours and themes.
