There is no place like Fiji, says Franz Argine Laminato.

He is the chef de partie at the See Through Coffee House on 44 Waimanu Road, corner of Raojibhai Patel Street.

Mr Laminato arrived in Fiji from the Philippines five months ago and has fallen in love with the island nation.

“Fiji is a paradise with its simplicity,” he said.

Driven with passion and creativity, Mr Laminato specialises in international food and canopy or cocktail breads.

He has more than 20 years of experience and has travelled and worked in other parts of the world.

He was gratefu for the opportunity and be a part of the See Through Coffee House.

Where in Fiji have you been to?

I’ve been to the West and around Suva.

But I would love to explore more of Fiji.
