A 20-member delegation are in Asia to market destination Fiji.
The delegation which includes Tourism Fiji chief executive officer Brent Hill will be in Japan for a week before heading to China.
He said Fiji has a lot to offer to Japanese and Asian tourists.

“The trip to Japan and China is important,” Mr Hill said.
“We have a busy schedule in Japan. We will be meeting with a lot of Japanese media and other stakeholders,” he said.
Fiji is what the Japanese need, he said.
He said there was an expectation of increase in visitor’s arrival from Japan this year after the direct flight to Narita resumed yesterday.
