Let's Go Local: Labasa On My Bucket List Says Suzie David

Being employed in the banking sector for more than 30 years can be a challenging journey.

For Susie David it was her childhood dream to be an accountant one day.While many enjoyed their teen years, Ms David started her career in banking at the age of 17.

Ms David said. it has been one of her main goals to join the banking sector.She is also the head of retail at BRED Bank Fiji before that she joined Bank of the South Pacific, with over 30 years of experience she didn’t look back as she continued her journey as an accountant.

Travelling to the Yasawa’s is something she eagerly waited so long to visit because of it amazing scenery and long white sand beaches.

Working in the banking sector comes with great challenges but with hard work and dedication she was able to overcome any obstacle that came her way.

Her job has taken her places dealing with customers from the outer islands and meeting the friendly people in the highlands has been a memorable journey for her.
