As the Pacific Economist for ANZ Banking Group, Kishti Sen, said his success story started from his little town in Tavua.

He is a senior economist with close to 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors.

His aim is to provide best-in-class decision making support for customers and management.

Before joining ANZ, he was the Senior Australian Economist for BIS Oxford Economics in Sydney and a Senior Economist and Economist at the Reserve Bank of Fiji.

He attended Tavua Primary School followed by secondary education at Natabua High School and Wanganui Boys College in New Zealand.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Massey University and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Sydney.

He loves boxing, not a movie person, and represented Natabua High School in the sub-junior boys long jump at the Coca-Cola Games during his time.

While at Massey University, he cycled 15km every morning with Sale Sorovaki, now the acting chief executive officer for Fiji Rugby Union, to work during summer holidays.
