Time out is important for one's overall benefit, an aspiring medical surgeon says.
Jona Toga is a medical student at The University of Fiji in Lautoka.
Even as a student, the journey has not been easy for the 28-year-old.

He has two Degrees - one in Biology and Chemistry and the other in Medical Health Science.
Mr Toga is pursuing two other Degrees in Medicine and Surgery.
"I want to be a surgeon," he said.
Mr Toga visits his hometown, Savusavu, to relax and recuperate, to prepare for another battle with the books.

Savusavu.
It is the hidden paradise.
What is your favourite place for coffee/ pastry?
The Coffee Hub, Namaka.
With an iced mocha and cheese cake, you will make it through your day.
You can forget your problems when you're there.
What is your favourite backyard spot?
Savusavu market.
While at the market, you will not miss the crystal-clear waters in the Savusavu Bay.
What is one place in Fiji that remains on your bucket list?
Yasawa.
I'd like to explore its natural wonders and people.
