Likuliku Lagoon Resort to Undergo Major Revamp

Likuliku Lagoon Resort will undergo a series of major revitalisation projects m2025.

Ahura Resorts, the 100 per cent Fijian family-owned management company of the resort confirmed that it would close from February 1 to April 30, 2025.

"We are investing F J$10 million to enhance and elevate the product offerings and guest experiences of Likuliku, the results of which will solidify our existing reputation as one of Fiji's iconic and renowned luxury resorts," said resort owner and Ahura Resorts managing director Tony Whitton.

Guests will be offered a full refund, or the opportunity to re-book to alternative dates during this period. The revamp will include:

• A refresh of all bures including adding private plunge pools to 11 beachfront bures, which will increase the Deluxe Beachfront Bure category from 18 to 29 bures.
• The completion of the environmentally-friendly syn the tic roof thatching project on the remaining beachfront and deluxe beachfront bures on the eastern side of the resort.
• A refurbishment of the signature main pool.
•  The addition of a new restaurant concept o f fering a n alternative evening dining experience to the existing signature Fijiana restaurant and taking the overall dining options to three outlets.

Introducing Saluwaki

The itaukei word for a collection of indigenous herbs and spices, Saluwaki's cuisine will present Pan-Asian dishes with a spotlight on local ingredients from the land and sea.

The addition of na Vanua Conservation Hub in conjunction with the Ahura Resorts Conservation Foundation. na Vanua will be a journey of discovery where guests will begin a progressive set of activities incorporating some of key conservation projects underway at the resort.
