Lion One In Solar Talks
TotalEnergies will assess the feasibility of developing a solar energy solution for Lion One’s Tuvatu alkaline gold project, after the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding.

TotalEnergies Marketing Fiji managing director, Dennis-Michael Cuaycong, vice president Oceania and Southeast Asia Aimeric Ramadier, Lion One chief operating officer Patrick Hickey and project manager Kevin Li.
TotalEnergies will assess the feasibility of developing a solar energy solution for Lion One’s Tuvatu alkaline gold project, after the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding.
TotalEnergies will propose a solution to install, operate and maintain a photovoltaic diesel genset hybrid system and a transmission line.
It hopes to meet the mine’s energy needs.

The move is an effort to provide renewable energy solutions around the country, said TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Private Limited managing director Dennis Cuaycong.
