Only 12.6% Of Fijians Have Life Insurance Policies

Only 12.6 per cent of Fijians have life insurance policies, it has been revealed.
Life Insurance Corporation of India general manager Pradeep Shenoy said there were 97,500 life insurance policies in Fiji in the last two years.
And only 25, 000 Fijians had life insurance policies, Mr Shenoy said.

His remarks were made at the Fiji Institute of Chartered Accountants annual technical workshop, which was held at the weekend at Warwick Fiji.
