Theresa O’Boyle-Levestam is the new chief executive officer for Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji (CAAF), after an acting appointment of three years.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji had been without a chief executive officer for years.
Theresa O’Boyle-Levestam is the new chief executive officer for Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji (CAAF), after an acting appointment of three years.
Deputy Prime Minister Manoa Kamikamica told SunBiz the appointment was already a done job.
“As far as I’m aware she is the CEO,” he said.
Ms O’Boyle-Levestam’s expertise is in air traffic control.
It is understood that the newly appointed board of directors would convene for the first time on Wednesday, July 5.
SunBiz was Informed the meeting would include the official announcement of the CEO and the welcoming of the board members.
The CEO position has been vacant for five years, it was last advertised in 2021.
