As General Manager/Sales and Marketing of Naisoso Island Property Sales and The Mirage Resort Naisoso Island, Ruth Kippax believes Bob Lowres has a very successful and accomplished history as a developer, due to his proven ability to provide quality and excellence at an affordable price.
“He now furthers his passion for Naisoso Island and embarks on this exciting journey with his new venture, The Mirage Resort, Naisoso Island,” Ms Kippax said.
“What is encouraging, is that we have already seen some p r o m i s i n g results in p r e s a l e s , with over $50 million in EOIs (expressions of interest) with their $10,000 refundable deposits.

“Civil works commencing last week and the management agreement imminent, it demonstrates to Fiji Tourism, and our valued investors, that we are seriously committed to achieving our mission in affordable excellence.
Ms Kippax said she personally received over $35 million in expressions of interest with FJ$10,000 deposits.
“Our exclusive agents, Bayleys and Harcourts received another $15 million, giving us a total over $50 million in EOI’s and deposits. A very encouraging start for this new state-of-the-art, five-star beachfront, luxury resort,” she said.
“We appreciate Fijians being part of the story of our success and continue to believe that building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships is the key to success,” Ms Kippax said
Development Field A Blessing For Zafirah
Zahrah Zafirah believes the work environment she is experiencing with Relcorp (Fiji) Limited, developers of Naisoso Island Resort and the Mirage Resort has been a blessing for her.
Ms Zafirah is administration assistant to the General Manager, Ruth Kippax, who heads Naisoso Island Property Sales and The Mirage Resort project.
“As a young woman, determined to make something of myself, I studied at University of Fiji from 2019-2021 and completed my degree in Bachelor of Information Technology, graduating in 2022,” she said.
“I joined Naisoso Island, Relcorp Fiji Pte Limited on March 10, 2022 and this was my first work experience.
“It’s so exciting to be meeting new people from all over the world, who are thrilled with the opportunity that this resort offers.
“I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.”

Lata Puts In Extra Effort For Developers, Projects
Shalini Lata gives 110 per cent when at work with Relcorp (Fiji) Limited, developers of Naisoso Island.
“Who would have thought when I left my sales job with a major hardware company that I knew what I was letting myself in for,” said the executive assistant to Relcorp (Fiji) Limited manager director, Bob Lowres.
“When I joined Relcorp (Fiji) Pte Limited as a sales executive, I had no idea where my exciting journey would take me.
“I have learned so much in the effort and expertise that goes into developing a major project like Naisoso Island.
“My boss, Managing Director Bob Lowres, has had a lifetime of experience doing these projects and I have learned so much from him.”
She said Mr Lowres’ expect her to be available 24/7.
“I once said to Bob I liked coming to work more than I liked going home.
“Of course, this is indicative of someone who puts 110 per cent effort into the job.
We have a great team which shares Bob’s passion to create Fiji’s finest address.”
Ms Lata’s job led her to attend meetings with senior government officials and CEOs of banks and major companies.
“Early in my career with Relcorp, I was somewhat intimidated by being in the presence of such powerful people.
“However Bob empowered me to believe in and have confidence in myself.
“My work now encompasses attending to instructions from Bob involving lawyers, finance, Government, consultants, marketing, and public relations.
“It’s no wonder the days fly by.”
