Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Delana Rabalaka as the new General Manager Delivery – North.
Mr Rabalaka has 20 years of extensive experience with road works and project management.
He has honed his knowledge and skills by working his way up from a chainman with Public Works Department in 2000 to Acting General Manager Delivery – North (AGMN) in 2019.

As the AGMN he developed a conducive work environment, managed the resources efficiently, achieved targeted goals and objectives, directed people development, and revitalized the stakeholder engagement in the Northern Division.
Commenting on the appointment, FRA Acting Chief Executive Officer Mr Kamal Prasad stated: that it is promising to see Delana coming up through the ranks and in a short time molding the Northern delivery team to effectively deliver disaster recovery response and systematic approach to network management.
